Scriptflo provides script creation tools and AI-enhanced features for generating and enhancing scripts and shots. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

2.1 Service Tiers

• Free Tier: Limited features and capabilities
• Professional Tier: Enhanced features and capabilities

Specific features and limitations for each tier are subject to change. Scriptflo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

The Service includes AI-generated content and suggestions. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any AI-generated content
• Scriptflo makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content
• You will not rely on AI-generated content without independent verification

Users retain ownership of their scripts and content. However, by using the Service, you grant Scriptflo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, store, copy, modify, create derivative works from, and train AI models with any content you upload or create through the Service.

The Service's software, design, and all intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Scriptflo.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal activities
• Promote hate speech or discrimination
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Access the Service through unauthorized means

Subscription fees are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. No refunds will be provided for any subscription fees paid.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCRIPTFLO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages related to service interruptions or system failures
• Loss or corruption of data
• Accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content
• Decisions made based on the Service or its outputs
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you to Scriptflo in the 12 months preceding the claim

Scriptflo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Reasons for termination may include:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal or harmful activities
• Failure to pay subscription fees
• Extended period of inactivity
